PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath water heater with bathroom heating and drying functions for limiting a water amount required for replacing hot water in a common circulating passage to a minimum limit without applying a dynamic pressure of a withstand pressure or above to the passage even by simultaneously using a general hot water supply line and a dryer circulating line in the water for replacing the hot water in the passage by using hot water from the general hot water supply line. SOLUTION: In the case of heating and drying by a dryer circulating line 5, when judged that a general hot water supply line 2 is during using, both a hot water output switching valve 86 and a pump switching valve 88 provided at a branch part and a combined part of a bathtub circulating line 3 and line 5 are waited at the bathtub circulating side, then a hot water supply valve 74 is opened to feed hot water from the line 2 to the line 3, residual hot water in the line 3 is replaced with clean hot water supplied from the line 2.
