A chair waist rest capable of receiving and supporting elastically lumbar vertebrae in an existing waist rest-carrying chair so as to be able to control a pressure acting on the lumbar vertebrae and to afford a comfortable feeling, wherein an elastic member such as a spring to be moved elastically forward or backward to/from a waist rest (B) is installed at the waist rest so as to be positioned at a portion where the lumbar vertebrae of the spine are located and the elastic member is mounted with a clamp member at the waist rest to support the lumbar vertebrae, thereby reducing a fatigue after a long-time use by being given a horizontal comfortable feeling in a sitting posture and giving a health expectancy effect by being prevented from a lumbar curvature and a lumbago. |
