PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the loss of a resin material by constituting a part for forming a body external appearance of a hollow and transparent resin and injecting a liquid coloring agent in the hollow part. SOLUTION: A part for forming the external appearance of body parts 5 is composed of a hollow and transparent resin. An injection inlet 7 for injecting a liquid coloring agent and a discharge outlet 8 for discharging the liquid coloring agent are provided in the hollow part 6. In the case where the discharge outlet 8 is closed, the external appearance can be colored by the injection of the liquid coloring agent. In the case where the external appearance color is desired to be changed, color changing is enabled by injecting a new color after the discharge outlet 8 is opened to discharge the liquid coloring agent. Thus, need for preparing only a kind as a molding part is eliminated, and the external appearance of a sanitary washing device can be colored for necessary color only by preparing the liquid coloring agent injected in the hollow part.
