发明名称 ELECTROMAGNETIC INDUCTION HEATING HOT PLATE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve temperature rise and cook a material without uneven roasting by electromagnetically induction-heating a surface-treated plate made of aluminum by using a heating coil. SOLUTION: An alternating current voltage from a commercial power supply 3 is rectified/converted by a rectifying circuit 4 into a direct current, and the direct current is inverted by a high-frequency inverter 5 into a high-frequency current 20 KHz frequency or higher and supplied to a heating coil 6 to generate lines of magnetic force. By this lines of magnetic force, an eddy current due to electromagnetic induction flows in a bottom surface part of a plate 1 made of aluminum disposed over the heating coil 6, and the plate 1 made of aluminum is directly heated, thus performing cooking. Preferably, a surface of the plate 1 made of aluminum is surface-treated with a fluororesin. By molding the whole surfaces of the heating coil 6 out of an epoxy resin or a silicone resin, the thermal conductivity is enhanced over the whole of the heating coil 6 and its heat dissipating can be increased.
