Use of an inhibitor (I) of the activation of nuclear factor-kappaB (II) to produce a pharmaceutical for: (i) treatment of malignant hemopathy or solid tumors; and (ii) preventing development of, or to treat, resistance to cytotoxins (III) being used in treatment of such diseases, where (III) is an activator of (II). An Independent claim is also included for products containing (I) and (III) for simultaneous, separate or sequential administration in treatment of malignant hemopathy or solid tumors.
