ELECTRIC FAN

PURPOSE: An electric fan is provided to reduce pressure loss as well as to prevent turbulence from occurring when turning the air flow in the outer circumferential direction in a ventilating fan. CONSTITUTION: A fan motor revolves a ventilating fan(6) adhered to a shaft(7) of a rotor(3) by driving a motor(1). Air is turned in the outer circumferential direction near an inlet of the ventilating fan and rectified by a guide blade(8) through the fan. Also, the air is turned into the inner wall on the outer circumference of a fan cover(9) and a bracket(5). The air is exhausted through an exhaust port(4a) of a motor frame(4) after cooling a stator(2) and the rotor in the motor. The shaft and a screw(10) are not largely protruded into the ventilating fan so the turbulence as not to be generated well when the air is turned to the guide blade near an inlet(6a) of the fan. Therefore, the electric fan obtains the high absorbing performance as well as reduces the pressure loss.
