<p>A method for collecting traffic data and an apparutus thereto and a method for processing speed data are more efficient and greatly reduce the cost and the time related for equipments. Traffic information can be sufficiently collected by using the apparatus and recognized by only a transmission since position data indicating a road, speed data of the road and road direction data of the road are transmitted. Also, the requested communication amount relatively decreases and the reliability of the data and the transmission efficiency increase.</p> |
