PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water sprinkler for coffee extraction wherein the range of a hot water-sprinkling can be changed in response to the amount of coffee to be extracted. SOLUTION: This hot water sprinkler is equipped with a plurality of recesses 14 to 17 to receive hot water and make the hot water reside, and a water spinkling hole 18 which is provided on the bottom section of respective recesses 14 to 17. The plurality of recesses 14 to 17 are formed on one of surface sides, and at the same time, are formed of the recess 14 at the center, and annular recesses 15 to 17 comprising one row or a plurality of rows, which are provided on the outer peripheral side of the recess 14 at the center, and the height dimension of annular partition walls 19 to 21 which partition adjacent recesses is set at a height by which hot water overflows to the annular recesses 15 to 17 on the outside in response to the amount of the hot water being poured in the recess 14 at the center. |
