PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for a bone flap capable of fixing a removed bone flap to a skull strongly by a short-time operation. SOLUTION: A fitting portion 2 formed to be fitted to a spongy bone Zm between surface and backside cortex bones near the joined surface Zs of a skull Z when a bone flap K is disposed in the trepanation part of the skull Z, and a holding fixing portion provided with holding and fixing plates 4a and 4b formed to hold and fix both surface and backside near the joined surface Ks of the bone flap K are integrally provided left and right when seen from a plane. The bone flap K is held between the holding and fixing plates 4a and 4b, the bone flap K having a fixture 1 attached is returned to the trepanation part, and the bone flap K is fixed by fitting the fitting portion 2 into the spongy bone Zm of the skull Z. Since joining and fixing are executed without boring any inclined holes, operation time is shortened more than suturing, and stronger fixing is obtained.
