PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communications equipment capable of easily changing a dial number assigned to a one-action dial key. SOLUTION: The communications equipment provided with the one-action dial keys is provided with a dial number storage part 3 for storing plural dial numbers corresponding to respective one-action dial keys 2 and a dial number preserving part 4 for preserving the dial numbers stored in the dial number storage part 3 before change when changing the dial number stored in the dial number storage part 3, and a control part 11 is provided for storing the dial number preserved in the dial number preserving part 4 into the dial number storage part 3 again when changing the assignment to the one-action dial keys later.
