PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prevent contamination by a foreign matter at a low cost, and to make a feeding roller easily replacable at the time of being worn out by covering an opening section of the upper frame on the end part side driving part of the mechanism part with a sheet shape member. SOLUTION: In this image forming device, a part of the frame 11 on the device main body is opened for replacement, or maintenance of the feeding roller. Since the feeding roller is located at right beneath the opening section in the frame 11 of the device main body, in order to prevent a fault of the feed roller gear or the like caused by the foreign matter entering through the opening part, the sheet member 53 is provided on the opening part. As a result of covering the opening part by the sheet member 53, the device is made possible to prevent the foreign matter from falling on the opening part at the normal time, and as well as to easily replace the feeding roller for maintenance or the like by stripping off the sheet member 53. Moreover, after completing the maintenance, it is possible to re-use the sheet member 53 by sticking the member 53 with a both face adhesive tape, resulting in cost reduction. |
