PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll-type fluid machine capable of preventing leakage from a casing. SOLUTION: A scroll-type fluid machine 1 comprises a casing 4; a fixed scroll member 5 having a first plate 51 and a first spiral body 52 and fixed within the casing 4; a movable scroll member 6 having a second plate 61 and a second spiral body 62; and a fastening bolt 7 passing through the casing 4 and fitted in the fixed scroll member 5 for fixing the fixed scroll member 5 to the casing 4. In this scroll-type fluid machine, a seal groove 53d surrounding at least the fastening bolt 7 is formed in at least one of respective end faces of the casing 4 and the fixed scroll member 5 which abut on each other in the height direction of the first spiral body 52, and a seal member 81 is disposed in the seal groove 53d.
