PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody flooring material, which has water resistance and surface durability remarkably more excellent than a conventional woody flooring material and which is worked and manufactured easily, and to provide the flooring material, which not only can simplify an execution process though the flooring material is used according to a conventional execution method but also can be applied to both a floor-joist direct-sticking construction method and a flooring for direct sticking, by which a construction method by adhesives is also carried out and which can be mounted and demounted even by fixing by adhesives and in which repair or reform can be executed easily. SOLUTION: The whole-surface coating treatment is carried out and water resistance and durability are improved remarkably by forming the end faces of the flooring material are formed in linear-shaped or stepped-shaped inclined planes and abutting the mutual inclined planes in an up-grade and a down-grade, abutting inclined end faces with adjacent boards are held by using a positioning jig having a tabular extremely simple shape, in which groove sections 17, 18 parallel with each end-face edge of a board rear are formed near each end-face edge and opposed both edge sections are formed in pawl sections 20a, 20b, a board section between both groove sections can be placed on the jig, a positioning function not given in a conventional flooring material is added and the flooring material can be fixed firmly by forming constitution, in which the jig is fixed by nails or adhesives, and the execution of works can be facilitated.
