DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PREHEATING GREEN TIRE

PURPOSE: A device and a method for preheating a green tire is provided to prevent energy from wasting, to make vulcanizing degree regular and to reduce the vulcanizing time inside a vulcanizing metal mold by preheating the green tire. CONSTITUTION: A hot water line(20) is connected with an inlet(31) and an outlet(32) which are connected with a chamber(20) inserted the green tire and an opening and shutting face(3) is installed in the inlet and the outlet. The hot water line inlets and outlets hot water to a bladder of a vulcanizer(1). Therefore, the device reduces the vulcanizing time by preheating the green tire with steam and hot water from the bladder and to prevent energy from wasting and bad products from generating by making vulcanizing degree regular.
