PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the function by forming the most outside layer of a spacer for holding two plate glasses with the predetermined space of the self-adhesive resin layer, and adhering the powder to a surface of the most outside layer of the spacer. SOLUTION: A spacer 4 made of aluminum and formed by filling the drying agent such as zeolite in a clearance is adhered to the predetermined position of an end of a plate glass 3 with the primary sealing material 6 such as butyl rubber. Continuously, after adhering the other glass plate 2 to the spacer 4, a space outside of the spacer formed by the plate glasses 2, 3 and the spacer 4 is filled with the secondary sealing material 7 such as hot melt butyl. Powder of the float glass having the predetermined grain diameter is adhered to the exposed surface of the sealing material 7 so as to form a double glazing 1. With this structure, adhesion of the sealing material to work gloves and a pallet at the time of handling the double glazing 1 is prevented, and even if the rainwater adheres to the sealing part, the rainwater is quickly dried in natural, and the bad influence of the rain water to the adhesiveness of the secondary sealing material and the plate glasses can be prevented, and productivity is improved. |
