PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the structure of a housing simple, to improve the degree of freedom of designing, and to make easily changeable the design of operation condition data by employing a constitution which does not use a component requiring direct settings such as an in-line package switch for storage of the operation condition data. SOLUTION: When a specific key is inputted and an operation condition data setting and changing process are started, an actuating process display appears on a 2nd display part 17. In a one-chip microcomputer 11, the operation condition data are transferred from a storage part 16 for setting changing preparation of the operation condition data to a memory. Thus, the operation condition data in the storage part 16 are not directly changed, but the operation condition data transferred to the memory in the one-chip microcomputer are set for change. Consequently, even if the data in the memory of the one-chip microcomputer 11 are lost owing to misoperation during the setting and changing, the operation condition data in the storage part 16 are held without being affected.
