<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly radiate the heat generated with the Cu loss by placing a radiating metal sheet contacted or near to a winding. SOLUTION: The winding component 10 is composed of E-shaped cores 1a, 1b forming a closed magnetic path, a coil bobbin 2, a metal sheet 4 mounted on the coil bobbin and a winding 3 wound around the coil bobbin from its top. The metal sheet 4 held between the coil bobbin 2 and winding 3 uses an Al sheet which is set along the length of the coil bobbin 2 before winding the winding 3 around the coil bobbin 2, the winding 3 is wound from the top after inserting an insulation film, thereby obtaining a good thermal contact with the winding 3. The end 4a of the Al sheet 4 is led through an insulation film onto a heat sink 5b or between a base mounting a core and the heat sink 5b serving as a protective case and sandwiched between the base and heat sink 5b.</p> |
