MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION OPERATION SUPPORT DEVICE FOR FACILITY EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance and inspection operation support device for facility equipment which can maintain and inspect the facility equipment installed in a building with relatively small labor and relatively short time. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a bar code 5 which is stuck on various facility equipment 6 in the building and used to discriminate the facility equipment 6, portable information equipment 2 which has a bar code reader 4 for reading the bar code 5 and is carried by an operator, and a computer 1 which generates maintenance and inspection operation data. Here, the data generated by the maintenance and inspection operation management support device 1 (computer) are downloaded to an IC card 3, which is set on the information portable equipment 2 and read by the bar code reader 4; and inspection is performed according to the data read out of the IC card 3 and the maintenance and inspection operation result is downloaded to the IC card 3 through the portable information equipment 2 and the downloaded IC card 3 is set on the maintenance and inspection operation management support device 1 to upload the maintenance and inspection operation result to the computer 1.
