PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soft capsule agent that can be readily ingested, shows excellent dispersion stability and stability with time and is useful for pharmaceuticals, foods and the like by using a raw material slightly soluble in oil and a vegetable oil of which calorie is lowered at a specific ratio. SOLUTION: (A) One or more kinds of raw materials slightly soluble in oil selected from among chitosan, water-soluble vitamins, animal and vegetable powders, dietary fibers, herb extract powders, in an amount of 1-80 wt.%, preferably 5-60 wt.% (based on the whole weight of the capsule contents), (B) a vegetable oil of which calorie is lowered, in an amount of 5-95 wt.%, preferably 5-40 wt.%, preferably in addition, (C) a fat or oil for example, an animal oil or vegetable food oil or oil soluble raw materials for example, vitamin E carotenoid, in an amount of 5-30 wt.% and (D) an emulsion stabilizer. In a preferred embodiment the components A, B and C are formulated the resultant formulation is homogenized by means of a high-speed stirrer or a high-speed crusher and a warmed and dissolved emulsion stabilizer is admixed to the resultant homogenized formulation and they are homogenized by stirring thereby producing the objective soft capsules. |
