PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunity activator, which is made of a highly safe natural substance, easily produced at low cost, showing no side-effect, good in flavor, and added to a food or the like to be ingested every day. SOLUTION: This activator contains, as the effective ingredient, an extract of cacao beans or cacao husk as the cacao bean skin, and is a high-molecular- weight fraction having a molecular weight of 12,000 or more, where the stock is preferably extracted with water and/or water-soluble organic solvent. |
