PURPOSE: An improved method is provided to manufacture a thermoplastic rubber(TPR) film, a laminated TPR film, and a TPR leather for a cloth. CONSTITUTION: A calendar processing method for manufacturing a thermoplastic rubber(TPR) film or sheet comprises: mixing 100 wt% of a TPR pellet with a melt index for over 1 or a mixed resin pellet of the TPR and a thermoplastic material, 0 ¯ 40 wt% of a PHR color mater arrangement, 0.2 ¯ 2.0 of a PHR zinc stearate, 0.5 ¯ 1.0 wt% of a PHR PE WAX lubricant, 0.3 ¯ 2.5 of a PHR antioxidant, and 0 ¯ 2.5 of a PHR UV absorbent; embossing the film or the sheet being made by the calendar at a temperature of 10 ¯ 60°C by using an embossing roller; cooling at a temperature of 10 ¯ 60°C by using a cooling roller; and winding around a winder.
