PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing tire is provided to form a wire and a case frame bending unit between the case and the frame and to contain more than one strengthening wire to the case frame and each bead. CONSTITUTION: The tire manufacturing device has a shoulder drum(10) having a main accepting surface(101). A drum contains a shaft directional shoulder formed in the side corner of the main receiving surface, loaded on a shaft(11) and contains a side projection(106) placed in a line on more than one shoulder. Crowns(14,14') can partly slide in the shaft direction under the side projection, forms a semi cylindrical supporting surface(107) that is smaller than the diameter of the main receiving surface and has cylindrical outer surfaces(141,141').
