A pressure band is used for measurement of blood pressure after the band has been inflated. An array of multifunctional electronics is used in conjunction with the band, and is arranged in a number of housings, for measurement of blood pressure, pulse rate, time and a number of other parameters. These are determined, and can then be stored or transferred in order to help in exploratory operations. An Independent claim is made for a device for measuring blood pressure and associated parameters in real time.
