The wheel spokes(2) are separated and are located in the region of two annular faces(R1,R2) which extend at different distances from the centre plane(Rm) of the wheel. The annular faces run parallel to each other and parallel to the wheel's centre plane, or are inwards or outwards inclined in cone form. The wheel spokes run in the radial direction, or at an acute angle to the radial direction. An Independent claim is included for the manufacture of one-piece cast light metal wheels in which each wheel spoke of wheel spoke section is produced partially by the lower section or upper section of the casting mould and partially by a casting core which in the area between the rim(1) and wheel flange(3) is located in the casting mould.
