Synchronized assembly for presenting books to packing station

A mechanical handling assembly receives a continual supply of products, especially books (1) or blocks of books and presents these at predetermined intervals to a turntable (11) which then rotates the book to a predetermined orientation. The book is then surrendered to a conveyer and presented e.g. for packing. The two processes are synchronized.
