PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a ceramic sintered product capable of forming a chip part having excellent chemical, mechanical and electrical characteristics by using zirconia powder as an adhesion-preventing material for sintering ceramics. SOLUTION: This method for producing a ceramic sintered product comprises coating a sintering jig and ceramic green molded products with zirconia powder having a purity of >=98.0%, an average particle diameter of 1.5-40.0 μm and a specific surface area of 0.5-3.0 m<2> /g as an adhesion-preventing material for sintering ceramics, loading the coated plural ceramic green sheet molded products on the coated sintering jig and subsequently sintering the loaded ceramic green molded products. |
