Hollow cavities extending in the construction element width direction form columns in the assembled wall for receiving reinforcing rods and concrete. Electric cables are passed through cavities extending at right angles to the columns at specific height intervals in the wall. A non-supporting wall construction element with hollow cavities, used in low or high-rise domestic or functional buildings, comprises a geopolymer material and expanded or extruded polystyrene. The side walls of the element are designed to be joined to other construction elements. The elements form the building frontage and contain hollow cavities with any shape extending in the width direction and therefore in the vertical direction of the finished wall. Hollow columns are formed by interconnecting cavities in adjacent elements and these are linked together by cavities extending at right angles to the columns at specific height intervals in the wall for receiving electric cables.
