The subject of the invention is the products of general formula (I): syn isomer, in the (R) or (S) form or in the form of an (R,S) mixture, in the form of an internal salt or of their salts with inorganic or organic acids, in which formula: R1 represents a group of formula (K): in which R'1 is alkyl (1 to 4 carbons), cyano, carboxy or alkoxycarbonyl (1 to 4 carbons alkyl) or R1 represents a group of formula (L): A and A' represent a hydrogen or an equivalent of alkali metal or alkaline-earth metal, of magnesium, of ammonium or of an organic amino base or else one alone or each of the CO2A or CO2A' groups represent CO2<-> and R2 a quaternary ammonium. These products have advantageous pharmacological properties which justify their use as medicaments.
