PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet having, for example, pressure sensitive adhesive layers of low cost with blocking resistance and excellent heat resistance and wear resistance by performing high pigment charging and suppressing dust drop or the like and to efficiently manufacture the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: The sheet comprises a sheet base material 1 and different pressure sensitive adhesive layers 2, 3 provided on both side surfaces of the material 1. And, the layers 2, 3 are formed by coating coating liquid obtained by dispersively mixing 1 to 200 pts.wt of thermoplastic resin particles having a melting point of using environmental temperature or higher and a particle size of 0.1 to 50μm with 100 pts.wt. of pressure sensitive adhesive resin, and then heating it to the melting point of the resin. The melting points of the resins of the different adhesive layers are different at 20 deg.C or more from one another.
