<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To explore ground structure with high accuracy by using microtremor. SOLUTION: For a geotechnical exploration method for exploring the layer structure of ground by observing microtremor, seismic wave and the like, velocity wave on the ground is observed, the main structure component of the microtremor and seismic wave in horizontal direction is regarded as shear wave and the layer structure of ground is explored by measuring the time (depth distribution) from the ground surface as a corresponding quantity to effective value of shear strain from velocity wave. And for a geotechnical exploration device, provided are a velocity type vibration converter placed on the ground and observing the velocity wave on the ground surface and analysis means reading in the velocity wave observed with the vibration converter. The analysis means measures the time (depth distribution) from the ground surface corresponding to the effective value of the shear strain in the ground using depth distribution analysis of strain spectrum.</p> |
