GROUND CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF CONNECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct fixing and the ground connection of a connector at a single touch. SOLUTION: An approximately reverse U-shaped connector fixing metal fitting 8 is bridging fitted onto the top face and the side faces of a connector 4 containing a metal shell 3 connected to the shield layer of a shielded wire 1A, so as to touching connect the connector fixing metal fitting 8 and the metal shell 3 by a ground terminal 8d. Simultaneously, a hook portion 8e formed at the end portion of the connector fixing metal fitting 8 is inserted into the hook hole 9a of a conductive fitting plate 9 so as to engage therewith such that the connector fixing metal fitting 8 and the conductive fitting plate 9 are contactingly connected.
