<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copy sensor of a laser beam machine capable of making a correct copy in correspondence to various works. SOLUTION: Since the copy is made with the ring shape copy sensor 9 having a prescribed width provided in the outside making a nozzle 3 the center with electric insulation, a suitable copy is made without being affected by a space or the like even when a notch and the space exist on the surface of the work compared with the case making the copy at one point such as a conventional way. Also, since the upper and lower positions of the copy sensor 9 are freely regulated, the copy is made with the suitable gap provided in correspondence to the material of the work. And even when plasma generates in the nozzle 3 part at the time of working, since the nozzle 3 and the positive pole 19 of the copy sensor 9 are never conducted, the copy is made for the material of various works.</p> |
