PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly release musical sound to be released corresponding to real time performance by a player without requiring long delay time after the issuance of instructions for generating sound, by providing a structure which performs controlling process where a second sound source generates a musical sound signal based on performance information. SOLUTION: MIDI information supplied from a sequence program is transmitted to a synthesizer program with a straddle program to generate a sound signal, and the sound signal is outputted through a sound card 22. MIDI information supplied from other electric musical instrument 36 is transmitted to a sound source board 34 with a straddle program, and the sound source board 34 generates and outputs the sound signal according to the MIDI information. When MIDI information is transmitted from the electric musical instrument 36 to a MIDI interface 32, a CPU 12 is interrupted, and the CPU 12 performs output process of the sound signal from the sound source board 34 corresponding to the interruption. |
