PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the whole device compact by returning a main agent fed from a first heater preliminarily to a first tank to heat the agent up to a given temperature, and then returning a curing agent fed from a second heater to a second tank, and heating the same up to the given temperature. SOLUTION: When power is applied to respective heaters 3x and 3y and respective pumps 9x and 9x are actuated, polyol in the firsts tank 2x is circulated in a route of the first pump 9x→the first heater 3x→a pipe 15→a first selector valve 6x→a piping 18x→the first tank 2x, and the polyol is heated. Also isocyanate in a second tank 2y is circulated in a route of the second pump 9y→the second heater 3y→a piping 15y→the first selector valve 6y→a piping 18y→the second tank 2y, and isocyanate is heated. Since the preheating of a main agent and a curing agent is carried out by the existing first and second heaters, additional heaters are not required to realize the compact formation of the whole device.
