<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control device capable of continuously moving pictures in the same direction without allowing an operator to move a mouse cursor in a scroll bar. SOLUTION: When the display range of an window is moved by clicking a part on which a slider is not displayed in a scroll bar of an window, a mouse cursor position control part 14 moves the position of the mouse cursor so as to continuously move a display range having the same direction as the movement of the display range. If a certain part is clicked when the mouse cursor exists under the slider, the mouse cursor is moved so as to be surely arranged under the slider moved downward.</p> |
