PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability such as deceleration in running and stop of running which is required when a worker leans over a window and does his work by providing a speed control means which performs speed control such as deceleration in running and stop of running in the interlocking relationship with the opening of the window of a cabin. SOLUTION: A stroke sensor 23 which detects a travel amount L of a double sliding window in the direction of opening of a sliding door on a rear side as a degree of openingα, a potentiometer 24 which detects an oscillation angleθ1 around an upper support point of an overhang sash window as a degree of openingα, and a work sensor 25 which detects whether a work machine is in a work condition or not by turning on and off a harvesting clutch are provided. Furthermore, a first control means C1 and a second control means C2 which control an electric motor 11 in priority to a load sensor 12 based on the results of the detection by the stroke sensor 23 or the potentiometer 24 are provided, and they perform the control of speed when the work sensor 25 detects the work condition and stops its control when the work sensor 25 does not detect the work condition. Consequently, it is possible to perform the deceleration in running and the stop of running automatically in accordance with the opening of the window.
