PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce combined ceramic particles by forming ceramics having dielectric, piezoelectric, ionic conductive or thermoelectric property or other various characteristics dependent on crystal orientation as 2nd ceramics on the surfaces of grains of 1st ceramics while retaining the relation of epitaxy. SOLUTION: Second ceramics made of a multiple oxide consisting of at least part of the constituent elements of 1st ceramics made of a multiple oxide and different from the multiple oxide of the 1st ceramics in compsn. is formed on at least part of the surfaces of grains of the 1st ceramics to obtain the objective combined ceramic particles. The 1st and 2nd ceramics have the relation of epitaxy from a crystallographic aspect.
