PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change more sophisticated service quality in response to a resource state by using a resource efficiently on a network while ensuring prescribed service quality in the service utilizing a broad band communication network where one of N positions has a leadership as one form of N:N communication. SOLUTION: A branch point is optimized independently of network configuration by a function of executing information storage corresponding to a path and selecting re-route taking back to a preceding node by crank back. Furthermore, only a minimum band is reserved in advance as to a reverse direction to a route used usually, an actual path is connected on request of a called party and a band width is revised as required to improve the service quality during communication. Moreover, the control of N:N service is separated from a conventional level and connection level as a utility service class and an information transfer function for N calls mainly and a contention control function and resource control in common to the service are conducted to facilitate the development of the service.
