FIELD: hoisting-and-conveying machinery. SUBSTANCE: device includes cable drum with vertical axis of rotation, spring rotation drive of cable drum, current collector and brush holder. Rotation drive of cable drum is made in form of fixed and swivel blocks and rotation block; brush holder is secured on lower plate of fixed block; swivel block including vertical upright is mounted on upper plate. Rigidly secured in upper portion of vertical upright is carrier with roller head at vertical axis of turn; two plates which are interconnected by means of vertical guide and strainers are mounted in lower portion of upright; strainers are provided with compression springs for engagement with movable plate which is mounted for axial displacement on antifriction bearings along above-mention guide on which screw-antifriction nut pair is rigidly secured for engagement with hollow shaft of rotation drive. Drum is mounted on upper end of hollow shaft and current collector is mounted on its lower end. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 dwgo
