PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiping sheet which is tough and lintfree and shows a good performance of dust attachment, with which dust and dirt can be removed easily. SOLUTION: An acrylic non-woven cloth of wet type is formed from a number of acrylic ultra-thin fibers of 20mm long or less having the maximum section diameter between 0.5-3μm, in which the fibers are dispersive in some area while joined in a single body in other area, and short fibers whose single yarn diameters range from 7 to 20μm and ratio L/D lies in the range 0.5×10<3> thru 2.0×10<3> , where L represents the fiber length and D the diameter. The ratio by weight of the acrylic ultra-fine fibers to staple fibers in this non-woven cloth ranges from 10:90 to 90:10, and the two sorts of fibers are entangled with one another and consolidated. |
