PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fire or the like at power retransmission time by constituting a circuit so that an electric current flows to the primary side grounding side from secondary side voltage of an earth leakage breaker, and imparting an apparent leakage signal to the earth leakage breaker when a vibration sensor is actuated. SOLUTION: A member assembled by performing prescribed wiring is connected between the power source primary side and the power source secondary side of an existing earth leakage breaker 1 or the like. An earthquake occurs, and a contact point 10 of a vibration sensor opens, and a relay 8 loses electromagnetic force, and when a relay contact point 4 closes, an electric circuit is constituted between the primary side grounding side and the secondary side voltage side of the earth leakage breaker 1 through a resistance 3, and an electric current is generated, and becomes an apparent leakage. Therefore, the earth leakage breaker 1 breaks a cable way by recognizing it as a leakage. It is manually restored, and is made manually restorable only when voltage is imparted to the primary side of the earth leakage breaker 1 by pushing a contact point 6, and a malfunction when power failure is caused in the first place and the vibration sensor operates in the next place, can be prevented. |
