PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to easily execute the operation of peeling a sealing member with a single operation, without replacing the hand for operation by providing cutting grooves inside stuck parts in the circumferential direction, in the peeling start side end part of a hermetically sealing part for constituting the sealing member. SOLUTION: In the sealing member 8, cutting grooves 86 are formed inside both stuck parts 823 and 824 in the peripheral direction. The sealing member 8 is sheared from the kerfs 86 inside the stuck parts 823 and 824 by tensile force exerted on the working part 84 of the sealing member 8 by the rotation of an outside cylindrical case. Therefore, as the peeling operation of a stuck part 820, the peeling operation is required only for a stuck part 821 in a longitudinal direction on a peeling side. Thus, when the peeling of the stuck part 821 in the longitudinal direction is completed, the load of peeling is not applied so that the operation can be facilitated and executed with the single action. Further, the kerfs 86 are formed at the roots of both sides of the working part 84 and shearing force can be directly exerted on the cutting grooves 86, to facilitate the cutting of the sealing member 8. |
