PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive composition useful for an inversion wall lining method performing maintenance or repairing as a countermeasure for deterioration or breakage to existing piping for such as a gas or a water pipe by mixing an epoxy resin, a thixotropic agent, a lubricant and hardener. SOLUTION: This adhesive composition is composed of (A) an epoxy resin (preferably a bisphenol-A type epoxy resin or bisphenol-F type epoxy resin, or their mixture), (B) a thixotropic agent containing fine powder silica as a main component, (C) a lubricant containing spherical fine particle (preferably having <=1,000μm average particle diameter) as a main component and (D) a hardener (preferably an aliphatic polyamine, an alicyclic polyamine or both components) having excellent miscibility with the component B and in a sufficient amount capable of curing the component A. An inner face of a piping is bonded with a tube for an inversion wall lining by using the adhesive composition. Preferably, when the components A to D are blended, the system just after the blending has 5,000-50,000 cP viscosity, 1.0-4.0, preferably 1.0-2.0 thixotropic index and <=2.5 sliding resistance. |
