PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace the residual ink with fresh ink by forcibly supplying ink urged by a pressurizing means to an ink cartridge, and making it possible to forcibly discharge the ink urged by a pressure reducing means. SOLUTION: A pressurizing means 10 is started, and fresh ink is charged from a supply needle 51 in the bottom region of a form chamber. Then, a rotary disc 3 is turned, a pressure reducing means 100 is operated to extract the ink partly supplied newly together with the remaining ink from an extracting needle 80 into an ink storage means 90. Thereafter, the disc 3 is again turned, ink is poured from a first supply needle 51, and ink is supplied also from a second needle 52 to the upper region of the form chamber. Then, the ink tending to overflow is extracted from the extracting needle 80 into the ink storage means 90 by pressure reducing means 100. Thus, the ink cartridge is fully filled with new ink. |
