When the train arrives at the position where a receiver is installed, the system controller(250) outputs a control signal to turn on the switches(S2-Sb) by turns and at first the switch(S2) is on and then the photo sensor(PT2) is on. Therefore, the controller(430) reads the warning message from the voice data storage ROM(440) and provides it to the amplifier(500). And the data which is through the buffer(410), is transferred to the display part(900) and as the number is on display, the driver can see how many times the warning messages are output. But in case the brake system(800) does not work, the system controller(250) outputs a control signal and the photo sensor(PT1) is on and the pulse up signal is transferred to the brake system driver(700).
