<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring an end fence in contact with the end of a paper sheet all the time and appropriately hold the paper sheet by forming a fence part into such a shape that its face in the paper sheet abuts on the rear end of the paper sheet all the time according to change in inclination angle on the baseplate of the paper sheet. SOLUTION: When the tip end of a baseplate 3 is pushed up by a spring 14 according to reduction in the number of paper sheets 4 and the residual number of the paper sheets 4 is reduced, the baseplate 3 is rotated further so that the rear ends of the paper sheets abut on a boundary part between a vertical extension part 10b and the bottom part 10a of an end fence member 10. However, the end fence 9 has an arc face 10c formed on the boundary part between the vertical extension part 10b and the bottom part 10a, and the arc face 10c is formed into an arc with a claw member 5b set as its center of the circle. When the paper sheets 4 are rotationally turned on the baseplate 3 by turning of the baseplate 3, the rear ends of the paper sheets 4 abut on this arc face 10c so that no clearance is formed in the end fence 9 and the rear end of the paper sheet 4. As a result, the paper sheet 4 is in an engagement state with the claw member 5b all the time.</p> |
