PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an insulator from being broken due to high temperature during soldering by installing a first stop member for positioning an insertion position of an insulated wire into an electric terminal and a second stop member for positioning an insertion position of the electric terminal in a circuit board. SOLUTION: In crimping connection of a wire 10 to an electric terminal 20, an insulator 14 is placed between insulation arms 30 and crimped and a conductor 12 is placed between an arm for a crimping connection and contact part 34 and a stop arm 32 and crimped. The electric terminal 20 which is brought into good electric contact with the conductor 12 of the wire 10 is inserted into a through hole of a circuit board and the electric terminal 20 is temporarily fixed in the circuit board by a latch arm 36. In this case, as a second stop member the stop arm 32 contacts the surface of the circuit board, the insulator 14 is fixed while being parted from the circuit board by the first stop member 30, and thus the insulator is prevented from being broken due to high temperature during a soldering work. |
