FIELD: tyre industry. SUBSTANCE: pneumatic tyre has radial ply carcass. Axially farthest points of carcass are located radially close to seating surface of tyre beads which are inclined outwards. Seating surfaces are designed for contact with inclined wells 23', 23" of rim 2 which can have at least one mounting groove 22, and at least one cylindrical portion 21 on which ring support 3 is mounted. Ring support is made of rubber and can acquire oval shape being nonstretchable in circumferential direction. One rim flange 24 is also provided. EFFECT: possibility of running at low or no pressure in tyre. 2 dwg
