<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable parison by memorizing a resin pressure pattern by which a good product can be obtd. by sampling the change in resin pressure of a cycle and performing feedback control of the resin pressure by using the pressure pattern as a main setting. SOLUTION: In order to obtain a resin pressure pattern in accordance with the change in divergence of die gap, a signal of resin pressure detected by means of a resin pressure detector is input in a resin pressure sampling circuit 23 and the resin pressure to the time of, a cycle on every molding cycle is sampled. When a good product is molded, a signal for judging the good product is input in an AND circuit 24 and the resin pressure pattern when the good product is obtd. is output to a resin pressure pattern storing circuit 25. The resin pressure pattern signal when the good product is obtd. in this memory circuit 25 and a resin pressure signal in a resin pressure convertor are operated in an adder-substrater 25 and based on the output signal, rotation of a screw- driven motor is controlled. It is possible thereby to hold always the pressure pattern of the resin pressure when the good product is obtd.</p> |
