The hand carried, mobile radio transmitter comprises one or more loud sirens and/or is coupled to additional external sirens. Preferably one or more alarm sirens are triggerable and/or stoppable from another radio transmitter. The mobile transmitter may be fitted with one or more vibration sensors and/or coupled to them. After the response of at least one sensor, at least one alarm siren is triggered, and/or an emergency call is initiated. The transmitter may be fitted with one or more movement signallers and/or coupled to the signaller, on the response of at least one motion signaller.
